This 20-watt tube amplifier recalls beloved tweed tones, providing a versatile platform for a wide variety of playing styles. The Merino is our modified take on an often overlooked classic design, the Harvard 5F10. This combo is cleaner at high volumes than most small tweed-style amps, yet once it reaches the threshold of overdrive, it has more drive on tap than you'd expect. With a very useful and simple set of volume and tone controls, your ideal sound can be achieved in seconds, allowing you to get back to playing music.
COMING JANUARY 2018 - For the past several months we have been developing the Merino in a compact head format. We're very excited about this release and are taking preorders through email.
Our recommended stock speaker for the Merino is the WGS G12C. If you have questions about other options or are unsure of which speaker would be best for you, please contact us with details about your setup and playing style so we can recommend the speaker that would best suit your needs.
