We know that when you order a new piece of gear, you can't wait for the moment when it's delivered. Because we consider what we do a craft, all Port City Amplification products are made with intention and given the time needed to ensure that you will be inspired by what you receive. As such, please allow a 3 week lead time for all stock amplifiers, cabinets, pedals, and cables. Shirts, picks, and stickers are kept in stock and will ship next business day. If a combination of products is ordered, they will ship all at once when the entire order is ready to be delivered. If you need a piece of gear sooner, please go through one of our dealers or contact us and we will figure out the best solution for you.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical street address when placing an order.
Currently we are only able to offer direct web checkout and calculated shipping to customers within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase any Port City Amplification product, please contact us and we will process your order directly.
Note: Orders placed by North Carolina residents are subject to North Carolina state sales tax.
We understand if you want to be unique. We like that. So if you'd like a specific tolex, tweed, grill cloth, and piping combination, we will do our best to make exactly what you desire - simply go through our custom order process on the product of your choice. But in order for us to do this, extra build time must be factored in. There is a 4 week lead time necessary for all products featuring a custom option. Thank you for understanding.
If you purchased a Port City product directly from us and are less than satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of the date you received the product and we will issue a complete refund minus the shipping cost. The product must be shipped back in the original box with the protective packing material it was delivered in, and received in the original condition. Any product damage due to poor return shipping packaging or the shipping carrier will be assessed and subtracted from the refund to be issued. If you purchased a Port City product from one of our dealers and wish to make a return, then that dealer will handle the return process. Please speak with your dealer for more details.
If you purchased a custom order Port City product directly from us and are less than satisfied, please contact us with details regarding why you would like to return the product. Because custom products are made to order and not easily resold, returns are dealt with individually. Custom order products are NOT accepted as returns if you simply dislike the combination of tolex, tweed, or grill cloth you have chosen. Please choose color combinations responsibly. We will do our best in communicating with you prior to building your custom combination if we find there may be an aesthetic issue. Thank you for understanding.

Port City Amplifiers are covered under a limited lifetime warranty. If you purchase or use any of our amplifiers outside the market they were intended for, use a step-up or step-down transformer or tamper with the amplifier in any way, your warranty will be immediately invalidated and all repairs (parts and labor) will be your responsibility.
Limited Lifetime Warranty for United States: New Port City Amplifiers are lifetime warranted to the original purchaser against failure of parts/materials and workmanship if purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. No other warranty applies. Tubes, transformers and speakers are warranted for a period of sixty days. This warranty applies only if the amplifier has not been damaged by accident, misuse or as a result of repair or modification. Port City Amplification reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased.
