Made of 5/8 Birch ply, these mount directly onto your current 12 inch cut baffle. (Using the same holes your speaker uses.) Once the baffle converter is in place all you do is mount your 10 inch speaker with the provided screws into the recessed T-Nuts. That's it! You are ready to go.
